Two roles share this page because they answer the same question from different sides: what can you actually get. A brewery's grain bill is constrained by what its distributor stocks, and its process is constrained by whether the kit can mill a grain the size of a poppy seed or lauter a mash with no husk in it. Neither layer produces research, and both shape outcomes more than most research does.

As a supplier it is a dedicated gluten-free homebrew shop — "beer brewing is all we do," independent since 2010, per its own site — carrying gluten-free base, caramel, and roasted malts, extract and all-grain kits, and brewing enzymes (Ceremix® Flex and Ondea® Pro among them) from the same families this site's protocols use. What it publishes — the tutorials, the hosted home-malting guide, the recipe library, and the community-generated measurements — is catalogued on the practitioner wing rather than repeated here.
